I've been looking into the idea of tinted prescription specs for flying, one option is a "blue blocker" lens sometimes called a 500 or 500-550 which is the wavelength of the blue light it blocks.

These photos with and without give a small idea of how this lens works, note how the orange in the sign stands out in the LH image and the blue is suppressed. I will conduct some more practical tests when the weather improves.
