Modern disposable lenses are much easier to care for than the conventional lenses of a few years ago, the ideal routine runs as follows.

Evening

Wash hands and remove lenses, place lens on palm of hand and Rub & Rinse with saline. Place lens in case and just cover with soaking solution.

Twice a week we suggest using the soaking solution instead of saline for the rub & rinse this just seems to keep the lenses that bit fresher.

Morning

Wash hands, remove lenses from case and replace soaking solution with fresh saline and leave for 15-20 minutes whilst you have breakfast / get dressed etc.

Wash hands (rinse off soap thoroughly and dry with an old fluff free towel) make sure hands are bone dry!

insert lenses, use a tiny amount of saline but lenses are easiest to handle if virtually dry.

Once a week place empty lens case open on draining board and pour over freshly boiled water and leave to dry.
